Recommended dosage: Adults should take one sachet daily. Product Use
The recommended daily dose depends upon the condition being treated. For symptoms such as bloating, flatulence then 1-2 sachets/capsules would be sufficient. For more troublesome conditions, then we would recommend 1-4 sachets/capsules as a starting dose. Dissolve contents of the sachet in water, yogurt or any other cold, non-carbonated drink or food and consume immediately. Capsules may be taken with a glass of water or opened and mixed in water or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
