Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days* via our selected courier Royal Mail

£1.99 delivery charge for 1st Class delivery.

Order must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery*. A signature will be required upon arrival.

We will notify you by email or text as soon as your order is ready to collect.

We advise customers to wait until they have received confirmation before collecting their order.

You will need to take a print out of your order confirmation email or have your order confirmation visible on a hand held device. Your order will be held for 14 calendar days.

For Click & Collect items which have not been collected within 14 calendar days of confirmation from our warehouse, a refund/replacement cannot be provided for any perishable items which have expired.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days within Europe and 5-10 working days for the Rest of the World via Royal Mail, Fedex or one of our selected Couriers.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
