These IBS Relief capsules are designed to delay the release of the active Peppermint Oil until it has arrived in the lower bowel. Peppermint Oil can relieve IBS symptoms, relax the muscles in the intestine and relieve discomfort, bloating and trapped wind.

- Take one capsule 3 times a day. Two capsules three times a day in severe discomfort.
- Swallow the capsule wole.
- Do not take immediately after food.
