Our Coconut Cream contains just 90% organic coconut and 10% Water, since there are no gums, emulsifiers or other additives so separation is natural and when you add a cold coconut cream to a hot preparation it increases the tendency to separate

Cocofina Coconut Cream is produced by grinding the coconut meat and passing it through a fine mesh filter to remove the coconut fibres
