Dillon Organic Orginal Flax Keto Bread 250g

Dillon Organic Original Keto bread made with a blend of flax, sunflower seeds, and caraway seeds for flavour. It comes as an unsliced half loaf and that gives you the freedom to choose which thickness you'd like to make your slice. Great toasted or double toasted and made into an open sandwich. It is delicious tasting bread that helps keep you fuller for longer, and replaces the need to reach for a high carb loaf with a healthy, keto based alternative. 

Unlike many low carb breads, Dillon Organic never use additives, thickeners or emulsifiers and stay away from added gluten and eggs. Instead, we use natural, plant based ingredients such as flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and psyllium husk to bind the bread together.

The bread is an excellent replacement for normal high carb bread, and is filling, delicious on it’s own, or as an open sandwich with savoury or sweet toppings. You can also create your own sandwiches either fresh or toasted. We love to slice it thin and toast (sometimes double toast for extra crunch).

No need to avoid eating our bread because of its sunflower oil. We use organic, cold pressed omega 9 (82% high oleic) sunflower oil which is more heat stable than normal sunflower oil made predominantly from omega 6 oils. Our high oleic sunflower oil is very similar in Omega 9% to extra virgin olive oil.

Great served with mashed avocado, nut butters or pretty much anything you’d add to normal bread. Enjoy!
