Combined Ingredients: Glucose, Sugar, Colours (E129, Brilliant Blue, Carbon Black, Carmine, Curcumin, Paprika, Safflower), Water, Potato Starch, Gelling Agent (Agar, Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). Note: E129 Allura Red may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Directions
Here's How
- Gently Knead the tube before use.
- Add small amounts to your icing, frosting or cake batter until the desired colour is achieved.
- Stir between each addition.
How much do i use?
- Add up to 10g of colour gel to 500g of cake batter or icing. More gel can be used elsewhere in the cake but the average above should not be exceeded.
