Sugarflair's Colour Flex range is an oil-based food colouring gel, specifically designed for use with buttercream, sugarpaste, ganache, Swiss meringue, fondant, cream, cake mixes, cake batter, pastry, white chocolate, and other products with high-fat content.
Colour Flex has been formulated to allow the colour to disperse through sugar, eggs and butter, giving you a smooth and consistent colour throughout.
Each colour comes in a handy easy-to-use dropper bottle.

Ingredients
The main ingredients in all colorings are rapeseed oil, glycerol (E422), water, sunflower lecithin (E322), and various color additives (E-numbers), which vary by color.

Directions
Instructions:
- Colours develop over time, letting you create vibrant and consistent shades that don't fade.
- Use sparingly and build the colour drop by drop to create the required shade.
- Shake well before use.
- Leave to develop for 1-2hrs and add more colour if desired. Left overnight, the colour intensity will increase even further.
Advisory Information
Store in sealed containers in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Product is not effected by normal room temperature variation.
The colour(s) used complies with the EC Commission Directive 95/45EC specification.
Conforming with EU 1169/2011 regulations
Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include colours E102, E104, E110, E122, E124 & E129 which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
